Offline, for now.

To all my Followers, Readers, Supporters and fellow Victims.

It is with a lot of sadness and frustration that I must inform you all that I am having to temporarily take my blog down. As you will know after reading my posts, I am a victim of domestic violence. Currently, my case remains high risk and I have been instructed to remove all posts as a matter of safety for me and my children.

This is not what I want to do but I must take this advice seriously.

This doesn’t mean my blog or my story will be silenced forever, and as soon as it is a more appropriate time I will be back to help spread the message that domestic violence has no place in our world. I urge that anyone needing help, please don’t stay silent. Reach out to a friend, family member, health care professional, colleague or any of the organisations listed below.

If anyone is needing support, or would like to connect and chat, I will still be contactable on my email address pickingupthepiecesblog@outlook.com

Finally, I want to thank you all for the incredible support I had received upon starting this blog. I truly believe there is strength in numbers and looking forward to continuing this part of my journey in the very near future.

Thank you,

Tarah Preston
